My experience was above extraordinary I pulled in to Firestone with a low tire light and Vance the technician jumped right in to assist with either putting air in my tire or checking for a nail. Sadly a nail was found and he directed me inside to get a ticket while he started the process of fixing inside I was graced by Chris and Amie whom made sure I was taken care of and calmed all my frustrations. If you had 10 stars ✨ I would have given 10 to each one for going above and beyond to resolve my tire 🛞 issues.

The location was convenient. The customer service was excellent and very professional. I was very comfortable in the waiting room, it wasn't crowded or freezing. I used my Firestone card and a coupon and am very happy with the price of service and the 5-year warranty on my new battery. My car dealership only offered a 2-year warranty on their batteries, no coupons or deals and they were crowded and the waiting room freezing. I have 6 months no interest with my Firestone card along with the excellent warranty on the battery. They saw me early and finished very quickly on a Saturday. I had them check my brakes and wipers and all were good. I liked that they were honest and didn't push me to buy anything unnecessary. I definitely recommend!

The service manager and staff at this location were phenomenal. I came in needing one this done and discovered there were some other issues concerning my F150 2011 truck. Immediately the staff did everything they could to to ensure me that they would take care of it and work with me making sure that I was satisfied. If your vehicle needs attention the Firestone location North Monroe will provide you with excellent customer service as well as take care of your vehicle. I have been a longtime customer for greater than 25 years.

I had an outstanding experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care on North Monroe Street in Tallahassee! From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and transparent about everything my vehicle needed. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repairs in a clear and honest way, and completed the work faster than I expected. The quality of service was top-tier, and the team went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and running smoothly before I left. It’s rare to find an auto care center that provides this level of customer service, integrity, and attention to detail. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and efficient car care. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future maintenance needs!
